Melissa Merlino

Pastor Melissa serves as the Executive Pastor of The Bridge Bible Church, providing organizational leadership and helping ensure the church’s vision is carried out effectively. She is passionate about discipleship, leadership development, and creating opportunities for people to connect, grow, and serve.

Ministry Focus:

• Administration & Operations: Oversees day-to-day operations, systems, and church structures. Manages calendars, communication, and policies to ensure smooth and effective ministry.
• Discipleship & Leadership Development: Builds discipleship pathways, trains and mentors leaders, and helps people grow spiritually and serve with purpose.
• Community Engagement: Develops relationships in the local community, oversees outreach and service initiatives, and ensures the church remains mission-focused.
